Who is this course for? Anyone who would like to reduce inflammation in their body. You may be suffering from symptoms such as bloating, gas, or irregular bowel movements; acne, eczema, or unexplained rashes; nasal congestion, asthma, or throat irritation; joint pain or swelling; recurring headaches or migraines; and many more. All of these symptoms signal that there may be an imbalance in your gut health. Recognising these indicators is the first step in acknowledging the impact of gut health on our daily lives and prompts us to prioritise and restore harmony within our digestive system.
