"Revitalise Your Energy with this Simple Daily Routine"

 

Introduction:

Welcome to a transformative energy balance routine designed to enhance your vitality, stamina, and overall well-being to help you through life's ups and downs. These exercises not only boost your immune system but also work wonders in reducing stress levels and harmonising your energy system. Consistency is key, so commit to practising these exercises daily for at least two weeks. You'll likely begin to notice positive changes after just a few days. So, let's dive into this rejuvenating routine that requires only a few minutes of your day, preferably first thing to start your day.

 

Preparation:

Before you begin, ensure you're well-hydrated by drinking some water. Remember to breathe through your nose during the exercises for an added calming effect.


 

The Four Thumps: How to locate four key points on your upper body and tap for at least 30 seconds on each one, the points may be sore to start.

 

Start by tapping on the collarbone, dropping down an inch on either side.

Move to the middle of your chest and thump.

Cross your arms and tap on either side of your ribs.

Finish by tapping on your cheekbones.

 

The Cross Over:

Place your hand on the top of your shoulder and cross it down to your opposite hip.

Repeat on the other side.

Alternate sides, performing this movement four times on each side.

 

Cross Crawl:

March in place, sitting or standing attempting to touch your knee with the opposite hand.

Start with a comfortable amount and gradually increase the repetitions and the speed.

 

Crown Pull:

Place your fingers on your forehead and pull across to your temples, applying pressure.

Move to the crown of your head and pull apart, applying pressure along the entire length, including the back of your head.

When you reach your shoulders, put your hands on them, pull down, and release, resting your hands in your lap.

 

Zip Ups:

Start at your pubic bone and imagine you're zipping up to your bottom lip x 3.

While doing this, repeat a positive affirmation such as "Every cell in my body vibrates with perfect health." “ I am loved, I am safe.” “I have complete faith and trust in myself.” “When I forgive, I do so completely and unconditionally,” “I love my body and treat it accordingly”.
